Most messages get a reply within two to three business days. If your question is urgent, mention that in your message and we’ll do our best to get back to you sooner.

Not sure what to write? Here are a few ideas: tell us which grammar point you’re teaching this week and what’s giving your students trouble, request a worksheet or activity for a topic we haven’t covered yet, report a typo or broken link so we can fix it quickly, ask a question about how to use one of our classroom tools, or just say hello and let us know how you found the site.

ToTeachEnglish is built by a small team of practicing teachers, so replies come from real people who’ve stood in front of a classroom, not a support ticket system. We read every message ourselves, and your feedback often shapes which grammar clusters and classroom tools we build next. That also means our response time can vary during busy teaching weeks, but every message gets read and nothing goes ignored.
